The application must include:
- Company name / Tax Identification Number / contact telephone number / e-mail address of the installer.
- Scan of the purchase document
- Scan of the warranty card
- Scan of the inspection report
- Description of the damage
- Indoor unit serial number and external
- Device installation location.
- Address for shipping the spare part.
